Wine route & Wine cellars
The wine route was established in 1964 and it is one of the oldest in Italy. There take part: Nalles, Andriano, Terlano, Bolzano, Appiano, Caldaro, Termeno, Cortaccia, Magré, Cortina, Salorno, Egna, Ora, Montagna and Vadena.
About 160 castles, manor houses and residences, our Ansitz Angerburg is also one of them, define the landscape of Appiano on the wine route. The harmony of hills full of vines and lovely sceneries will impress you in this area, which is also the biggest wine territory of South Area.
Thanks to a very mild climate and 2000 sun hours a year, our guests can walk 400 km of good marked hiking trails. Get emotioned by a great mediterranean vegetation, two romantic lakes at Monticolo and a rich culture with plenty of museums. And finally don’t forget all the other pleasures we will offfer you, above all the good wine of one of our more than 20 wine cellars.
